Mesotherapy is a technique to deliver injections into the face to make it look younger. The surgeon injects a mixture of vitamins, amino acids, and other medications into a selected area, just beneath the surface of the skin. These injections include conjonctyl, procaine lavoisier and placentex. Each treatment takes up to twenty minutes. If you find it uncomfortable, a local anaesthetic cream can be applied before the injections.

Vitamin injections aim to replace the minerals, vitamins and amino acids that you have less of as your skin ages. By having these injections, greater concentrations of substances reach the selected area faster than oral methods. It also aims to help maintain firmness and texture, reducing lines and wrinkles. The results are not permanent, and many patients have injections every three months.

Risks include allergic reactions to the injected.

NCTF

One of the most demanded mesotherapy formulas is the NCTF.  It is a bio-regenerative treatment containing 51 elements including vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, proteins, as well as non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid.  The latter helps immensely with skin hydration with patients noticing an improvement after the treatment.

In addition, patients who have ‘neck lines’ that appear like ‘necklaces’ around the throat struggle to reduce the visibility.  Our surgeons use a special technique of combining NCTF with botox to visibly reduce the lines refreshing the neck area.

Finally, dark circles around the eyes can also be improved using this technique.

Our surgeons recommend the treatment is done once a week or once a fortnight.  For best results, 3 – 5 sessions are required.
